Calibration on the following equipment:

Model WC-802-PC (Displayless Version)

See attached for detailed specifications.

1. Purpose and Scope
Purpose:
• To procure professional calibration services for the F&J World Calibrator, model
WC-802-PC (Displayless Version), ensuring accurate, traceable calibration in
accordance with recognized standards.
Scope of Work:
• Service provider shall perform calibration of WC-802-PC, covering the full airflow
range (0.25–2 CFM).
• Calibration shall include digital and analog output verification.
• Calibration must be traceable to national or international standards (i.e., NIST).
• Services include documentation of results, issuance of certificates, and other
relevant documentation.
2. Instructions to Bidders
• Requirements for including company qualifications, certifications, and references.
• Mandatory supplier certifications (ISO 17025, calibration lab accreditation, etc.)
must be provided.
3. Technical Requirements
Device Specifications:
• Model: WC-802-PC
• Airflow range: 0.25–2 CFM / 7–56 LPM
• RS232 compatible
• PC interfaceable for data logging and calibration verification (as per F&J
specifications)
• All specifications can be found in the F&J World Calibrator Brochure
Calibration Tasks:
• Verify device output against reference standards for the specified flow range.
• Perform semi-automatic calibration using software or manual procedures.
• Validate accuracy of both analog and digital readings.
• Verify temperature and pressure normalization as per F&J standards.
Performance Criteria:
• Accuracy tolerance as specified by F&J Specialty Products (e.g., ±1% of full
scale).
• Repeatability and reproducibility must meet laboratory quality metrics.
Data Reporting:
• Provide calibration report and certificate, including date, technician name,
traceability information, and pre/post calibration comparisons.
• Electronic archive of calibration readings for audit purposes.
4. Quality and Standards
• Calibration performed by an accredited lab (ISO 17025 preferred, ISO 9001:2015
required, ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 required).
• Use of traceable reference instruments aligned with national standards (i.e.,
NIST).
• Compliance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management system for
calibration documentation.
5. Health & Safety Requirements
• All on-site calibration must conform to OSHA or equivalent workplace safety
standards.
• Vendor must follow electrical safety protocols for PC interfacing and AC power
use (110–120 VAC or 220–240 VAC as applicable).
6. Pricing and Terms
• Warranty or guarantee of calibration validity period of 12 months.
Awarded vendor must be capable of calibrating and repairing the WC-802-PC.

Awarded vendor must perform the calibration. Subcontracting of this service by awarded vendor is NOT allowed and will result in termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service should be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor.
