St. Michael Hotel Demolition and Site Restoration

Lamont County invites qualified demolition contractors to submit a lump-sum quotation for the demolition, removal, disposal, excavation, backfilling, and site restoration of the existing hotel and associated site improvements at the above-noted location.

The successful contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, equipment, trucking, materials, permits, disposal fees, and incidental services necessary to complete the work in accordance with this RFQ and all applicable legislation, codes, bylaws, and site requirements.

Quotations shall be submitted by the closing date and time identified above to the contact listed in this RFQ. The quotation shall include the completed pricing schedule, proposed schedule, contractor contact information, and any qualifications, exclusions, or assumptions.

The successful bidder shall, upon request, provide evidence of current WCB coverage, commercial general liability insurance, automobile insurance, and any other insurance reasonably required by Lamont County. The contractor is responsible for site safety and for maintaining all required safety documentation and procedures.
