Oak Level Road Generator System and Electrical Improvements

The Bryan County Board of Commissioners is seeking Sealed proposals for the construction of a new publicly owned new fixed emergency generator system and electrical improvements to support the Oak Level Road well pump located along Oak Level Road in Bryan County, Georgia.

Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the Commission Meeting Room on the 2nd floor of the Bryan County Administration Building, located at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 until 3:00 PM, January 9th, 2025, at which time they will be opened publicly.

Plans and Specifications are to be obtained from Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co., (Issuing Office) at 50 Park of Commerce Way, Savannah, Georgia 31405 upon payment of $200.00 (plus shipping charges as applicable). The payment is nonrefundable. Contact Karen Smulski via email, smulski.k@tandh.com, to request plans and specifications. Only Bidders who obtain documents from Thomas & Hutton (the Issuing Office) shall be placed on the plan holder list and allowed to submit bids.

A Pre¿Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, Dec. 30, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the 2nd floor Commission Meeting Room at 66 Captain Matthew Freeman Drive, Richmond Hill, Georgia 31324. The Pre¿Bid Conference is not mandatory for the potential Bidders. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. The last day to submit questions in writing shall be Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 5:00 P.M.
