Loring Arena Roof Replacement

The City of Framingham (‘City), acting through the Mayor, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to complete the scope of work contained herein, including but is not limited to: replacement of the roof, including metal work and replacement of wet and damaged roof insulation including an alternate to repair the concrete and buttresses.

Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet Direct portal on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 after 10:00 AM:

Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct portal system. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.

Bids shall be submitted through Bidnet Direct and are due on Thursday, June 4, 2026, 2026 by 10:00 AM.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Loring Arena, 165 Fountain Street, Framingham, Massachusetts.

The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
