Pavement Engineering, Subsurface Investigation and Inspections Services

Project Description: Hillsborough County Engineering and Operations Department is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified professionals to provide professional services for pavement engineering, subsurface investigation, and inspection services which shall include, but not be limited to, testing services, geotechnical investigations, non-destructive testing (Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD), International Roughness Index (IRI), and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I), Full Depth Reclamation sampling and mix design, and pavement design for a three (3) year term estimated at $6,000,000.00 for the overall total award.
*To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Bonfire, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 3.4 of the Contract Terms and Conditions Document.
