NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed qualifications will be received by the Clerk’s Office, for the Township of Livingston, County of Essex, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, 11:00 AM prevailing time at 357 South Livingston Avenue, Livingston, New Jersey at which time and place qualifications will be opened in the Council Chambers and publicly read for:

PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION, RENOVATION, REHABILITATION AND RESTORATION OF THE THEOPHILUS WARD/THOMAS FORCE HOUSE AND CONDIT FAMILY COOK HOUSE

A non-mandatory walk-though for interested contractors will be held onsite at 366 South Livingston Avenue, Livingston, NJ 07039 on December 2, 2025 at 10am prevailing time. All interested contractors are encouraged but not required to visit the project site.

The Pre-qualification Regulations package can be downloaded for no charge (upon registration) beginning on November 20, 2025. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and NJAC 17:27-1 et seq.
