25-0134-2 Annual Contract for On-Call Tree & Limb Removal Services for Chatham County Parks & Rec

Chatham County is soliciting this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors to provide on call tree, limb, and debris removal services for Chatham County Parks and Recreation. All respondents to this RFP are subject to instructions communicated in this document and are cautioned to completely review the entire RFP and follow instructions carefully. Chatham County reserves the right to reject any or all RFP¿s and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of Chatham County. It is expected that this solicitation will result in multiple awards to ensure work requests are filled in a timely manner. The contract(s) will be for one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms, and for an amount not to exceed $200,000 per year per contract.
