The City of Westfield invites competitive sealed proposals for services from qualified individuals or consultant firms for A Program Manager for Airport FAA Part 150 Noise Mitigation Program.
Detailed Request for Proposal specifications may be received at and sent to City of Westfield, Purchasing Department, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085 ATTN: Tammy Tefft. Proposals must be submitted to same address above and clearly marked “A Program Manager for Airport FAA Part 150 Noise Mitigation Program —RFQ #26-021. RFQ’s will be accepted by June 4, 2026 until 11:00 AM. No RFQ’s will be accepted after this date and hour.
