Project Description: This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide services for the vendor-operated Traffic Management Center (TMC) to staff, operate, monitor, and manage activity on the Austin District roadways. This includes a strong and proactive project management approach as well as effective management of the day-to-day operations within the defined facilities. In addition, this contract includes providing Project Technical Support staff who enable a variety of management, administration, and traffic engineering functions that support the project.
