HVAC and Roof projects for the Monroe County Board of Education

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS: The MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION is requesting submittals from qualified Construction Management firms for the ROOF TOP UNITS AND CEILING REPLACEMENT AT HUBBARD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND ROOF REPLACEMENT AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS AT MONROE COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOL. The MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION has contracted with SP Design Group Architects and Engineers, Inc. for architectural services. The MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION intends to enter into a contract with the successful Construction Management firm for the Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Services associated with the project in order to meet the construction schedule and to construct the project within a fixed budget.

Upon receipt of written requests, the ¿Request for Qualifications¿ package will be emailed to the respondent. Proposals are due on or before 3:00 pm EST, October 31th, 2025. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities.
