Notice of intent- sole source for parking

Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Regional Procurement Office West (RPOW), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, on behalf of Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Kuakini Medical Center, 347 N Kuakini St, Honolulu, HI 96817, for the purchase of parking passes. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 812930, Parking lots and garages. The VA Pacific Island Health Care System, 459 Patterson Rd, Honolulu, HI 96819, requires the purchase of parking for Veterans and staff. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1) to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may give written notice to Stacey.norris1@va.gov by 12 pm PST on 11/24/2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the subject requirement. This information shall be provided at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
