The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking to continue the long-term lease of three modular buildings located in Riviera, Queen City, and San Marcos, Texas.
SOLE SOURCE OR PROPRIETARY:
DPS is advertising this solicitation under Texas Government Code ยง 2155.067. DPS believes that the requested items are sole source or proprietary to one manufacturer, specifications, or both. DPS will only consider responses conforming exactly to this solicitation in determining award.
