(“DHS”) requires a Contractor to provide routine and STAT mobile x-rays, ultrasound
studies, electrocardiography (“ECG”), Holter monitors, Echocardiography, pulmonary
function studies, and mammograms to the individuals residing at the Loysville Complex, South Mountain Secure Treatment Unit, Northeast Secure Treatment Unit, Southeast Youth Development Center and Youth Forestry Camp#3 facilities.
