The Center for Community Engagement and Impact at YWCA Hartford Region

The Center for Community Engagement and Impact project consists of interior renovations and building system upgrades to support expanded programming and improved facility operations. Work includes construction of a new Technology Lab and additional program rooms for workforce training, youth development, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and self-development programs. Renovations will also include new offices for expanded program staff, upgraded kitchen/break space, a floral shop within the lobby, and new childcare classrooms. Interior improvements include renovations to existing bathrooms, new flooring, and installation of LED lighting throughout renovated areas. All work shall be performed in accordance with contract documents, applicable codes, and governing authorities. Consigli Construction Company, the Construction Manager, is currently seeking proposals from subcontractors for work to be performed as part of YWCA Hartford Region.
