The City of San Antonio’s (City) Housing and Neighborhood Services Department (NHSD) seeks submittals from qualified Respondents interested in providing the services as described in this RFP. This Request for Proposals is to establish a list of approved lead abatement contractors who will receive work on a rotating basis. The successful lead abatement contractors will submit cost estimates for required lead hazard control work. This document identifies minimum requirements for lead abatement contractors to provide services in support of the department’s housing programs.
