Solicitation Description:

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified solar providers todesign, engineer, build, operate and maintain a turn-key installation of arooftop solar PV project at the City’s Operation Center located at 1415 N 4 ^th Street. The goal of this RFP is to identify a solar partner with the necessary experience to ensure a fully-managedand well-executed process. The successful respondent will have demonstratedexperience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting, constructing,interconnecting, and maintaining a solar PV system. Proposer is responsible for all permitting and licenses. Cost ofCity permitting can be waived. Respondents should be familiar with Oncorregulations and have established on-site safety standards. The City reservesthe right to modify the scope of the project at any time.
