Changes to requirements: Substitution with an approved equal item is allowable. Please attached specifications of substituted equipment with your bid. Line 3, increased from quantity of 5 to 15. 3 each to be installed on each of the 5 trailers. Trailers must be assembled and delivered by August 28, 2025. |
