The RFI respondees are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Respondents should indicate which portions of their response are propriety and should mark accordingly. II. BACKGROUND
The boiler maintenance will provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to perform all the work in maintaining 95 existing boilers/water heaters located in 72 facilities across Minot AFB, ND. The Contractor must assume maintenance of any new boilers installed for the duration of the boilers warranty (1) year from date of completed installation. Contractors will also be required to remove and dispose of existing boilers as well as install new boilers, up to 12 per year, not to exceed two every 30 days.
