Old Neshaminy Manor Demolition; Spec #03-02/25

Project Description: Clear and demolish the site improvements associated with the Old Neshaminy Manor Nursing Facility. Work includes proper removal and disposal of four structures, a small pergola with concrete pad, various site features and utility infrastructure. Please note, bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with the County's Responsible Contractors Ordinance by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date. The Ordinance and the Contractor Responsibility Certification Form are included in the bid package.
