A Hybrid Firm Fixed Price and Labor Hour Standalone contract was awarded to Hunton Andrews and Kurth as the sole offeror. Services shall include review of Acknowledgement Agreements and other document reviews, preparing memoranda and legal opinions, and any advice and assistance with matters relating ot the MBS program, structured finance, and MBS tax law.
