The City of Gainesville is requesting individual sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary to construct the Green Street Park - Renovation project.

Beginning on August 12, 2026, a copy of the contract documents can be obtained, via the City of Gainesville website, www.gainesville.org.  Bids are to be submitted to the Financial Services Department Attn: Mr. Kevin Hutcheson, 300 Henry Ward Way, Suite 201, Gainesville, GA 30501, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, September 24, 2026.  For more information visit www.gainesville.org “current bid opportunities”.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held at 10:30AM Eastern Daylight Time on August 26, 2026 onsite, 950 Park Hill PL, Gainesville, GA  30501.   Only those in attendance for the entire pre-bid meeting and site visit will be allowed to bid.
