Amended the Solicitation Part related to Information Regarding Bidding Material, Bid Guarantee, and Bonds, and the Solicitation Part related to bonding in Instruction to Offerors. All updated parts are highlighted in Yellow.
Updates provisions and clauses 52.212-4, 52.243-4, 52.246-12, 52.246-21, and VA Specific Special Contract Clause, Payments under Fixed-Price Construction Contracts.
