Vendor shall furnish all equipment, labor, supplies, materials, and transportation to perform these services in a manner that is satisfactory to the NCNG. This is an Agency Specific Term Contract based on an estimated number of anticipated service visits that will be used for evaluation purposes only, as specified in Section 5.2 SCHEDULE OF MONTHLY VISITS. The NCNG shall only be responsible for services rendered and does not guarantee any specific quantities during the contract term. |
