Description:

It is the intent of the City to enter into a contract for wrecker and towing services. The Towing Company, when authorized by a representative of the City shall provide towing and/or storage services of any motor vehicle, trailer, motorcycle, or motor scooter from public or private property lying within the city of Port Orange. All services, including additional services provided herein shall be rendered at no cost to the City.Â
