Project Description: Provide all TOOLS, MATERIALS and EQUIPMENT necessary to remove and replace a pressure
reducing valve at Kennedy Theater. The proposed work shall generally include the
removal of the existing reducing valve and the installation of a new pressure reducing
valve.

Provide all LABOR and INSURANCE necessary to remove and replace a pressure reducing
valve at Kennedy Theater. The proposed work shall generally include the removal of the
existing pressure reducing valve and the installation of a new pressure reducing
valve.

Special Instructions

ALL bidders are requested to attend a site walk-through at 9:00 am on Friday, February 6,
2026. Contractors shall meet at the Physical Plant Mechanical Engineering Office located
at 2002 East-West Road. Contract documents will be distributed at the walk-through.
Contractors interested in bidding this work must contact Randee Chang through email
(randee@hawaii.edu) or phone (956-8898) to confirm attendance by 4:00 pm on Thursday,
February 5, 2026. Contractor who do NOT attend this site walk-through may not be allowed
to bid on this work.
