Jack O Lantern Jubilee Kid Zone

The City of North Augusta is requesting quotes from qualified vendors for the rental, delivery, setup, staffing/supervision, operation, and tear-down of inflatables and related kids' zone attractions for the annual Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee on October 24, 2026 to be open to the public and operable from 10:00am -10:00pm. Setup & tear-down will need to be coordinated with the City representative.

Vendor Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bidding vendors must possess or obtain a valid City of North Augusta Business License once the contract is awarded.

• Vendors must carry active Workers' Compensation insurance.

• Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the City of North Augusta as a certificate holder and additional insured.

Please include all applicable charges including but not limited to:

• Equipment (with photos)

• Necessary setup time

• Transportation/delivery

• Anchoring (on asphalt; no drilling, etc.)

• Setup and breakdown fees

• Staffing/attendants for each feature

• Power requirements

• Any applicable taxes

Quotes should be clearly labeled "Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee Inflatables Quote" and submitted via email to dboyd@northaugustasc.gov
