Jack O Lantern Jubilee Food Court

The City of North Augusta is requesting quotes from qualified vendors for the rental, delivery, setup, and teardown of event tents, tables, chairs, and tent lighting for the annual Jack-O-Lantern Jubilee on October 23 & 24, 2026.  Setup & tear-down will need to be coordinated with the City representative.

Required Equipment & Quantities:

• (6) 20' x 20' Classic High Peak Tents

• (24) 60" Round or 8' Banquet Tables

• (240) White Folding Chairs

• Tent Lighting (for all 6 high-peak tents) with extension cords to power supply

Vendor Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bidding vendors must possess or obtain a valid City of North Augusta Business License once the contract is awarded.

• Vendors must carry active Liability & Workers' Compensation insurance.
