This s a notice of intent to sole source procurement under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 6.302-1 Other than Full and Open Competition- one responsible source. This procurement is for Renewal on Subscription to administer the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT). The applicable NAICS code 541612. The requirement is for a period of a base year from 14 January 2025 through 13 January 2026 with four (4) 12-month option year.
The USMC Regional Contracting Office (RCO)- Marine Corps Installations-National Capital Region (MCI-NCR) at Quantico Marine Corps Base, VA, intends to award a sole source contract to Criteria Corp., 750 N San Vicente BLV, STE 1500, W Hollywood, CA.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Capability statements or quotes, if received timely, will be considered; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Responses shall be emailed to Ana Manavi at anarosa.manavi@usmc.mil no later than 7 January 2025 by 08:00 a.m. Eastern Time. Late responses will not be considered.
