Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of higher education leadership development from Teibel Education Consulting as a sole source because as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and/or services. The Division of Finance and Administration seeks to strengthen collaboration and deep trust across the leadership team with a customer service mindset. Required specifications of a consultant include:
- diverse team of consultants with a minimum of 15 years consulting and coaching executives in higher education.
- extensive experience facilitating strategic change and alignment for large organizations and universities.
- experience leading multi-year change programs for complex institutions.
- extensive research on innovation in academic and administrative roles in higher education.
Teibel Education Consulting uses proprietary tools for cultivating a Commitment Based Culture through the use of Language Action Theory, which is grounded in Speech Acts. This model is a unique methodology that is necessary for providing the above requirements for higher education administrators. This approach combined with research-backed methodologies with a deep understand of university culture makes Teibel Education Consulting the only contractor who can perform the services.
