The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland, awarded an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five (5) ordering period for Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS), System Design Activity (SDA). The effort is for the continued support for the TTWCS SDA, Software and System Engineering Support/Upgrades, Sustainment. The Contractor shall design, develop, procure test hardware, manage and maintain the TTWCS software product baseline and the required system and software documentation.
NAVAIR awarded this effort to Lockheed Martin Corporation (LMC), 230 Mall Blvd, King of Prussia, PA. The point of contact for LMC subcontracting opportunities is supplier.communications@lmco.com. LMC is the only known source that possesses the knowledge of the TTWCS design, operation requirements, capability, and expertise required to successfully provide these supplies and services in an accurate and timely manner to meet the required Government schedule for continued Fleet support of this critical war-fighting capability without duplication of costs. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the agency. The data associated with the TTWCS is export controlled and is not available to foreign sources or representatives. The contract period of performance for this contract is five (5) ordering periods FY2025 through 2030.
