LEGAL NOTICE Sealed bids will be received by the Division of Purchasing, City of Upper Arlington, 3600 Tremont Road, Lower Level Conference Room, Upper Arlington, OH 43221 until 9:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time on May 27, 2026 for the following project: Riverside Drive Shared Use Path Pre-bid conference will be held May 20, 2026 @ 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time, City of Upper Arlington, 3600 Tremont Road, Lower Level Conference Room, Upper Arlington, Ohio 43221. Deadline for questions, submitted on the IonWave page (Bid Number: UA26-38) by May 22, 2026 at 8:00 AM. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all non-conforming responsive or conditional bids. Requirements of the City of Upper Arlington Affirmative Action Program are applicable.
