NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS
This Addendum is hereby incorporated into the above-referenced Invitation for Bids and shall
become a part of the Contract Documents.
Due to an insufficient number of bid responses received by the original bid deadline, the City has
elected re-advertise the project to encourage broader competition.
Accordingly, the bid submission deadline is revised as follows:
• Original Bid Due Date: May 6, 2026
• New Bid Due Date: May 26, 2026
o NEW IFB: 320-200426FD REBID
All sealed bids shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the Invitation
for Bids.
All other terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements of the original IFB shall remain
unchanged and in full force and effect unless otherwise modified by this Addendum.
Bidders are responsible for acknowledging receipt of this Addendum in their bid submission.
