Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: Provo City
Conducting Procurement Unit: Parks and Recreation
Schedules 1 to 3: Demolishing the existing asphalt trail and placing approximately 4250 feet of new 14 foot wide asphalt trail, construct 2 pedestrian concrete u-shaped undercrossing under Columbia and State Streets, several new retaining walls along both sides of the trail, and one new pedestrian bridge.
Schedule 4: Replacing approximately 615 linear feet of 24-inch sewer line and 300 linear feet of 16-inch water line that both cross the Provo River using open cut excavation methods. (Only prequalified contractors are eligible to perform the Schedule 4 Work, either as the general contractor or as a subcontractor to the general contractor. Prequalified contractors to perform the Schedule 4 Work are listed in Section 00 43 36 Proposed Subcontractor Form, paragraph 2.1.A.)

It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive qualified vendor.
