REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS RFP- Project Manager - Municipal Vulnerability Program (MVP)

The City of Lawrence is seeking qualifications from experienced and highly motivated professionals to serve as the Project Manager for the Municipal Vulnerability Program (MVP). River to Refuge: Tower Hill Waterfront-Río a Refugio: Tower Hill Frente al Río The selected consultant or firm will oversee the coordination, implementation, and administration of MVP-funded climate resilience initiatives. This includes managing multiple project components, contracting all necessary subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all grant requirements, and working collaboratively across municipal departments, external partners, and stakeholders. This RFQ is issued in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B and applicable state procurement rules.
