TOWNSHIP OF MAHWAH

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent,
Township of Mahwah, County of Bergen, on or before FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25,
2026 at 11:30 A.M. prevailing time, and opened in public in the Third Floor Conference
Room of Township of Mahwah Municipal Offices, 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, New
Jersey, 07430 for:
"BID MTB #26-08
Township of Mahwah Water Department Laboratory Testing"
Bid documents and specifications are available for no charge commencing September 15,
2026, and will be on file for public inspection at the office of the Business Administrator,
at the above address, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 3:30 P.M., Monday through
Friday. Bid documents will be sent electronically and can be obtained by emailing your
request to jmagnus@mahwahtwp.org. Include company name, company address, phone #,
contact person name and email address.
Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Township of Mahwah and placed
in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the bidder, and clearly marked, "Bid No. MTB
26-08 ENCLOSED-DO NOT OPEN" in the lower-left corner, or they will not be
considered. Any envelope that is received that is not properly marked causing it to be
opened prior to the bid will be invalidated. Proposals can be mailed/delivered to:

The Township of Mahwah assumes no responsibility for bids returned by mail. The
Township may reject all bids as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2 and any bid that is non-
responsive or submitted by a bidder that is not responsible.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of "N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and
N.J.A.C. 17:27".
