Advertisement for Bids For Six (6) Month Road Supplies

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Adams
County Board of Supervisors for the purchase, from the lowest and best
bidder, for furnishing general supplies, construction materials and contract
services, as needed in Adams County for a six (6) month period starting
October 1, 2026 and ending March 31, 2027.
Adams County shall select the lowest and best bid for each individual
item requested and a bidder may, therefore, be awarded some or all
bids submitted.
Bids must be received by 10:30 A. M., Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at the
County Administration Building, 314 State Street, Natchez, Mississippi, at
which time bids will be opened.
Bid packages for submitting proposals may be secured from the office of the
Adams County Purchase Clerk, 112 South Wall Street, Natchez, MS 39120
or calling 601-445-7941.

All proposals MUST be submitted on bid form and in correct
measurements to be considered.
Any quantities specified on any list of supplies are approximate only as a
basis for submitting of proposals.
Bid prices are to be firm and not subject to change during the period
specified above.
Bids submitted with qualifications or exceptions will not be considered.

All bids are to SEALED, PLAINLY ADDRESSED TO ADAMS COUNTY
BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, and outside of the envelope containing bids
should be marked with time of bid opening and materials bidding on.
Bids may be hand delivered to 314 State Street, Natchez, Mississippi or
mailed to the County Administration Building, Natchez, Mississippi 39120.
The Adams County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to waiver
informalities and to reject any and all bids.
