The City’s Parks and Recreation Department intends to purchase and install Lightning Prediction, Severe Storm, and Warning Systems at Whispering Pines Park. The City plans to negotiate and award a contract to a single source under the authority of, and in accordance with, Florida Statute 287.057(3)(c). Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement process is warranted. Responses will not be treated as proposals, bids, or quotes.
