Requirement of a portable Under Vehicle Inspection System (UVIS) to support enhanced force protection measures at Eielson AFB. The system must provide rapid deployment, full undercarriage imaging, integrated License Plate Recognition (LPR), searchable vehicle inspection records, and operate reliably in extreme Arctic conditions (−30°F to 140°F). Product and training required. This will enable security personnel to identify potential threats, contraband, and unauthorized modifications to vehicles entering secure areas.
