Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Earthwork & Site Prep: Perform clearing, mass grading, and exposed rock face cutting.
Roadway & Safety Infrastructure: Construct asphalt roadway with UTBC shoulders and pull-out areas; install roadway striping, signage, and guardrails.
Bridge Construction: Build bridge structure, install bridge riprap, and construct protective fencing on wing walls.
Drainage & Environmental Restoration: Install comprehensive drainage systems (culverts, catch basins, swales, check dams) and execute site restoration (erosion control, seed mix, retaining walls, bank stabilization, and native plantings).
Construction Cost Estimate:$4,494,536.00
