The TOWN of COLCHESTER is accepting proposals for the Revaluation of all COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, PUBLIC UTILITY, APARTMENTS, and EXEMPT Real Property in the TOWN, effective October 1, 2026. Those interested in providing the Revaluation Services as set forth in the TOWN’s specifications are invited to deliver 4 (four) copies of their Proposals to the TOWN Administrator’s Office, TOWN of COLCHESTER, 127 NORWICH AVENUE, COLCHESTER, CT 06415, no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 3, 2025. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “BID OPENING 028-2026.2 Revaluation Services”. Bid opening shall take place at the COLCHESTER TOWN Hall, 127 NORWICH AVENUE, COLCHESTER, CT, 06415 at 3:00 P.M. September 3, 2025.
