Expressions of Interest will be received by the Director of the Purchasing and Central Services at the Sullivan County Government Center, 100 North Street, Monticello, NY 12701. (845) 807-0515, until 1:00pm on Friday, February 20, 2026:

1.    Expression of Interest #R-26-04 - Sullivan County is soliciting potential partners to develop a project for submission of an application to the New York State County Infrastructure Grant Program (CIGP).  CIGP may fund up to 50% of the infrastructure costs associated with the development and construction of a minimum of 10 new housing units, with a maximum award of $1 million available. An Expression of Interest form is available on the Sullivan County Planning Department’s website. The deadline for submission of the Expression of Interest Form and required supporting documentation is Friday February 20, 2026 at 1:00pm.

Expression of Interest Forms may be found on the Sullivan County Planning Department’s website https://sullivanny.gov/Departments/PlanningEnvironmental and may also be obtained from the Director at the above address.
