This solicitation is Stage II: Invitation to Interview of a multistage selection process for construction services. Only Contractors short listed by the Selection Committee during the Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project are invited to interview and submit cost proposals during this stage of the selection process.
Project Description: The Utah Department of Veterans and Military Affairs is looking for a qualified general contractor to construct a new 105 bed skilled nursing facility in West Valley City.
Construction Cost Estimate: $73,000,000.00
