The TOWN of COLCHESTER is accepting proposals for the Revaluation of all RESIDENTIAL Real Property in the TOWN, effective October 1, 2026. Those interested in providing these Revaluation Services as set forth in the TOWN’s specifications are invited to deliver 4 (four) copies of their Proposals to the Office of the First Selectman, TOWN of COLCHESTER, 127 NORWICH AVENUE, COLCHESTER, CT 06415, no later than 3:00 p.m. on September 3, 2025. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “BID OPENING 028-2026.1 Revaluation Services”. Bid opening shall take place at the COLCHESTER TOWN Hall, 127 NORWICH AVENUE, COLCHESTER, CT, 06415 at 3:00 P.M. on September 3, 2025.
