Pre Solicitation Notice Synopsis for RMC AE Services MATOC

**AMENDMENT 0002 changes "Computer Engineer" to "Computer Scientist" in Section 3(b), subsection "Team Members" Paragraph 5 and changes the SF 330 page maximum from 150 to 200 in Section 4 "Submission Requirements" paragraph 2. The sections are marked "Amendment 0002" where changes are made. This is a synopsis for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under an umbrella Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. The proposed services, which will be obtained by negotiated Firm Fixed Price Contracts, are for Architect/Engineer services to support the Unites States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Risk Management Center (RMC), Head Quarters (HQ) USACE, Dam Safety Modification Center (DSMC), and Levee Safety Center (LSC), which will include projects within the United States and its territories for dam and levee safety and other work as assigned to the USACE national centers.
