The Work to be done under this Contract consists of the replacement of existing domestic water services identified as Lead or Galvanized Requiring Replacement located throughout the Windham Water Works existing distribution system in conjunction the Utility’s LSL Replacement Implementation plan. Estimated number of services to be replaced is 375, consisting of a variety of types of properties as listed and described in the Contract Documents.
