Description

Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supplies, and supervision needed to provide annual chemical/biological fume hood testing, inspection, and certification for two fume hoods as well as HEPA filter inspection and replacement at the Tomah VA Medical Center located in Tomah, WI. All services to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.
