The City of Garden City is seeking competitive sealed bids for the inspection of wood utility poles for 2027-2029. Sealed bids are to be returned by 11:00 A.M. CDT, Monday, October 26, 2026, at the Electric Utility Service Center, 140 Harvest Street, PO Box 998, Garden City, KS, 67846, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened.
The work consists of the installation of underground conduit and street lighting in various locations throughout the City of Garden City. The bid sheets and specifications can be found here:
