The Cleveland VA Medical Center has a requirement for a Service Contract is seeking sources that can provide a five year contract to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide on-site full maintenance of government owned Automatic Doors and Roll-Up Doors at the Cleveland VA Medical Center-10701 East Blvd Cleveland, OH 44106.

The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811210. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a five year firm-fixed-price contract. The solicitation shall be posted to Contract Opportunities website on or about March 14th, 2025, as a request for quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on April 11th, 2025, by 3:00 pm est. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments.
