Project Description: This Contract provides for the improvements to approximately 0.45 acres of the existing 6.06 acre Fruit Valley neighborhood park: Removal of existing play structures, concrete and asphalt surfaces; Excavation and grading; Installation of new concrete surfaces, concrete curbs, play equipment, benches, picnic tables, trash receptacles, bike racks, poured in place rubber safety surfacing, signage and fencing; Installation of new trees, shrubs, and seeded lawns complete with irrigation per these Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications.
The following products will be furnished by the City of Vancouver for the contractor to install: • Play Creation/Landscape Structures: Play equipment, communication board, and welcome signs • Richter Spielgerate GMBH: Water play equipment • The4Kids: Concrete bird sculptures
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete on or before July 15, 2025.
