The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Texarkana, Texas, intends to issue solicitation 15B51525Q00000001 for the requirement of Project 25Z5AB9 – Upgrade Chiller Control. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price. The evaluation factors are Price and Past Performance. Price will be rated higher than Past Performance. The Government will award to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government.
